That’s what salvation has become.
Simple, true salvation has become buried under Torah keeping, man-made laws, traditions, so -called “new” insights, classes for salvation, words that are always changing, do this, don’t do that, moons, new moons, calendars, clothing, reading, regulations of worship, prayers rooted in the Talmud…placing a yoke of bondage or completely blocking the free gift of grace.
Those things that complicate salvation suck the Joy Out of Grace and pollute our life in Messiah how it can truly be lived.
But when a person just reads the bible-the words of The Messiah for him/herself, they will find none of that. They find freedom. That’s what we need to get back to.
In this week’s Shabbat Message: The Simplicity of Messiah (Christ) – you will hear about salvation, plain and simple. You will see clearly that Love is passed down through Grace and the life changing encounter that the Good News Brings.
I was particularly encouraged to hear and read a portion of scripture that shows a truly awesome testimony of a man who beat two followers of Messiah, but later found himself asking “what must I do to be saved?” Salvation was presented to him and his house hold, immediately, simply, and they were baptized.
If you need water for your soul, if you need to hear the good news simple and uncluttered, if you want your freedom back, I encourage you to listen to this week’s Shabbat Message: The Simplicity of Messiah (Christ).
10 were outcast.
10 were unclean.
10 were separated from others.
10 men had leprosy.
Today we still have leprosy; but it is spiritual. Some of the spiritual leprosy might be:
These may be the things that are separating us from others and from YAHUAH Moving In Our Lives. Yet, like the 10 leper’s we must recognize Our Own Uncleanness, then Cry Out For Help and be Ready To OBEY.
“For it is through our obedience to His Word, that we can get the victories in our life.”
If you would like to have victory in your life again, I encourage you to make time to hear this week’s Shabbat Message Ready To Obey.
We have been given many rich and immeasurable gifts from YAHUAH.
The gifts of Grace and Mercy are some that are new everyday and YAHUAH never runs out of them. There is nothing we can do for these gifts. We can’t keep enough laws to receive them. We can’t do enough good deeds to keep them. We can only stand with our arms open and our arms raised to His Glorious love and receive them.
These gifts are not for us to take for granted nor abuse. They are for us to receive and give to others. Sometimes though we can get in the way of receiving YAHUAH’s Grace and Mercy as a result of our own thoughts and ways of doing things or self-righteousness. Yet even still in our stubbornness, YAHUAH extends Grace and Mercy to us time and time again, without fail.
What ways can we show Grace and Mercy to others? What does the Bible say? What changes do we need to make to allow YAHUAH’s Grace and Mercy to shine in our lives to be imparted to others?
This week’s Shabbat Message: Grace and Mercy, is one that you must listen to if we expect to live with purpose and passion for the Father YAHUAH and His Son YAHUSHA Messiah.
Sometimes in our walk of faith, we are going along just fine and then the trials in life, other people or fear cause us to stop growing. We take our eyes off of the Messiah and focus on the distractions. Fear begins to sink us and cause us doubt. Fear paralyzes us from moving forward and hinders growth.
In the midst of every storm, every trial or problem – The Father YAHUAH and His our Savior YAHUSHA Messiah are there with us. Sometimes we will have to break through the opinions of other people to get to YAHUSHA, like the woman with the issue of blood did. We will have to move beyond our fear to live a life of freedom in faith in YAHUSHA.
Sometimes YAHUAH allows situations to happen so that we can get back on track and to grow us again. These situations maybe so desperate according to our earthly wisdom and hope isn’t even on the radar. But by one word, one command – Messiah YAHUSHA can return our joy to us. With one word YAHUSHA Messiah can stop the storms of our life.
We may need to step out in faith, pray and seek His face, but with just one touch, we can grow again.
If you’ve been stagnant, if you feel trapped by your situation and you want to grow again, I invite you to listen to this week’s Shabbat Message: Stop Being Afraid to Grow.
At the end of our rope.
Life’s storms billowing and tempestuous.
The Father YAHUAH has you right where He wants you at this point in time. YAHUSHA Messiah had a path He had to walk and so do we. YAHUAH is there with us and we must maintain our expectancy eagerly and with much patience despite what we see and feel.
No matter the storm, we must expect YAHUAH to Come To Our Rescue, believe His word and ask for help when we know that we are lacking. Nothing-troubles in life, fear, crisis, trials, persecution nor tribulations-can separate us from HIS Love and HIS purpose, nor is any valley Too Low where HE Cannot See or Hear Us.
If you are in need of some encouragement, listen to this week’s Shabbat Message: Come To My Rescue
The Shabbat is truly a blessing that YAHUAH has given us. I have been keeping Shabbat for 14 years now and I love it more with each passing week. When I was a teenager, I began reading the scriptures cover to cover every year. I remember reading about the Shabbat and wondering why we were resting on the first day, I never saw that it was changing in the scriptures. In my mid-twenties, I worked up the courage to ask the church leadership that I was under at the time about the seventh day Shabbat and they pretty much just said that keeping the seventh day Shabbat was a law that we weren’t bound to anymore. On the surface I accepted their answer but on the inside I believed that they were wrong. If the fourth commandment wasn’t valid anymore, what about the other nine commandments?
Around the time that I started asking questions, I went to one of the office supply stores for a new planner and what did I find????? Planners that started on Monday making Sunday the 7th day of the week!!! What!!!!!
A few months before I turned 26, I met my husband who had grown up a Shabbat keeper. Though we had a few debates early on about the Shabbat, I knew that he was right and I was glad he showed me the historical facts revealing the whole truth.
We’ve been married a little over 14 years and the Shabbat is a permanent foundation in our home. I love it. I look forward to it. As we have continued to grow together, we have learned even more.
Here are some key verses regarding the Shabbat:
Shabbat is keep in heaven and keep by two classes of angels Yovheliym (Jubliees) 2:18-19 – this was spoken to Mosheh by the angel of presence when he was on the mountain 40 days and nights (see Yovheliym 2:1 and 50:13)
Shabbath…to eat, to drink and to Bless YAHUAH. Yovheliym (Jubliees) 2:22
Shabbat is a Delight YeshaYahu 58:13-14
Shabbath is a sign through all generations. Shemoth (Exodus) 31:12-17
Shabbath…All Flesh Shall Come to Worship. YeshaYahu (Isaiah 66:22-23)
